Please send your name, the hours you would like, and the date of the booking in your email.

Also allow up to 4 hours for conformation, and 2 hours after that for the start or your rehearsal. This makes our new, temporary, minimum advance 6hrs.

We don't require you to register to schedule appointments online. But if you choose to register, which takes less than a minute, there’s much to gain. After you register, you will no longer have to re-enter your contact information each time you book an appointment. Even your credit card information will be available. you’ll also be able to see all your past and upcoming appointments. And best of all, you’ll be able to cancel and reschedule any upcoming appointments within the cancelation policies.

Booking Policies

*All appointments require prepayment, in full.

*Appointments must be booked a minimum of 4 hours in advance.

*Appointments can be booked a maximum of 2 weeks in advance.

*All appointments lasting 4 hours or more need approval from an associate.

*Cancellations can be made online with full refunds as long as you are not within the 6 hour cancellation policy.

*All cancellations within six hours of start time will not recieve a refund.

Just so you know......

The Space provides three spacious, fully equipped rooms where bands and individual performers can rehearse in air-conditioned comfort. Centrally located within walking distance of downtown Lowell, we offer a convenient, affordable and professional facility to sharpen your music skills.

Located only 40 minutes from Boston and Cambridge, 20 minutes from Lawrence, MA and Nashua, NH

Insulated, Isolated and Wired

All rooms have double walls and are double insulated to guard against audio leakage so you can concentrate on the music you're playing and not that being played by the band next door. Hospital-grade electrical grounds ensure each room is both on its own circuit and isolated to eliminate outside interference. High speed Internet access is available in all rooms so you can download or upload your favorite tunes.

Equipment

Each room is equipped with a PA system, microphones, amplifiers, and drum sets. We also offer keyboards upon request. Our rooms are fully stocked so there is no wasted time with set up and teardown. Of course, if your drummers and keyboardist want to bring their own equipment, this isn't a problem. The resident drum set can be easily moved out of the way.

Equipment & Reherasal Policies

*All appointments require prepayment, in full.

*We do not always have a live person answering phones and at times our phones will be forwarded to an employee. In either case make sure to always leave a name, number, and reason for your call. If you don't then we have no way to call you back.

*We are asking that drummers bring their own cymbals. If you forget to bring cymbals We have sets you can rent for the night. You still have access to our 5 piece resident kits, all you have to bring is sticks and cymbals.

*If any equipment is acting up or obviously damaged please inform us, the sooner we know the sooner we can have it fixed for your next session.
